1. Services
Core Link Solutions provides software-as-a-service development, custom software engineering, web and mobile application development, marketing services, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
2. Engagement and Payment
Project engagements require a signed proposal. Most fixed-scope projects require a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement. Remaining fees are invoiced according to the milestones defined in the proposal. Payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for the client is transferred to the client, excluding any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or proprietary components owned by Core Link Solutions or third parties.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any sensitive material is shared.
5. Warranties and Liability
We provide services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the relevant proposal. The client remains responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date shown above.
